Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC


A small part of the Cantina del Castello’s production is dedicated to Ripasso, which is noted for its round, complex flavours of cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice thanks to the “Ripasso” technique (where the wine is passed over Amarone della Valpolicella grape skins). This red wine is a great choice to accompany pasta dishes, stews and braised meat dishes.
