Soave’s sweet white wine: made with 100% dried Garganega grapes, bright straw-yellow with golden hues. Fine and pleasantly ethereal nose, with spicy notes of exotic fruit and dried apricot. Its sweet taste is fully gratifying, with a complex palate balanced by characteristic final almond scent.
Enjoyable as an after-dinner wine with simple biscuits or pastries, or rich cheeses such as Gorgonzola or stilton, with Parmesan or other bitter-sweet tasting cheeses. Excellent with Christmas desserts such as Pandoro and Panettone.
